FAQ
What's in the broth?
The broth contains 40% chicken breast, 40% kelp and dried fish, and 20% of preserved and fresh vegetables. Does your noodles have egg in it?

During lunch, please use the kiosk to put in your order. During dinner, you can order side menus through the kiosk and ramen from the cart. Pick up side menus from the back kitchen on the corner to the left. What veggies are added?

Figurehead Taproom's seating is first come first serve. Kids are allowed in the taproom. Please order online if you want to take-out. Do you provide catering?
